We are seeking a results-driven Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our business development team. The MDR will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and identifying growth channels through strategic prospecting, market analysis, and lead qualification. Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify and target potential markets and ideal client profiles
Initiate outreach campaigns to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to uncover new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Attend industry events, meetings, and training to stay informed on market conditions and product developments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and present complex solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools
