Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Washington, DC office. This position is designed for individuals eager to grow into leadership roles by learning all aspects of business operations, team development, and client relationship management. Through a hands-on approach, you’ll be exposed to key decision-making processes and work directly with experienced mentors and department heads.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured leadership training programs and cross-functional projects.

  • Learn and implement company operational procedures and best practices.

  • Collaborate with department leads on strategic planning and execution.

  • Assist with managing and developing teams to achieve performance goals.

  • Analyze business trends and performance metrics to support decision-making.

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of internal initiatives.

  • Uphold company standards and values while developing leadership acumen.

Qualifications
