Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring operational excellence from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with our brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing in-person corporate events, trade shows, and client activations.

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor communication, and supply management.

  • Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Prepare event materials, manage guest lists, and coordinate registration.

  • Support onsite operations, including set-up, registration, and breakdown.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and help develop reports and improvement plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses and documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to last-minute changes.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on event schedules.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office tools.
