We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Communications Coordinator to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread internal documents, press releases, client communications, and executive messaging
Coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure message consistency
Maintain editorial calendars and communication timelines
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals
Monitor communication metrics and provide actionable insights
Support brand voice across various mediums and maintain content accuracy
Collaborate with leadership to execute clear and cohesive communication plans
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
Familiarity with internal communications tools and best practices
