Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting client relationship management. This role is critical to the success of our business development team and offers exposure to high-impact strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activity
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between internal teams and potential partners
Support in developing business development strategies and tracking KPIs
Prepare documentation and assist with the onboarding of new clients
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaign execution
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide business initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM systems is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
