Sharpcontra is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate our solutions and aligning them with their business goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Develop long-term relationships by understanding client objectives and providing tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Monitor account performance and prepare regular client reports
Gather feedback and provide insights to improve client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus
