Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information about company services and offerings
Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department
Maintain customer records and update internal databases
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Assist with service follow-ups and feedback collection
Uphold company standards in communication and customer service protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or client support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
