Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Provide accurate information about company services and offerings

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department

  • Maintain customer records and update internal databases

  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Assist with service follow-ups and feedback collection

  • Uphold company standards in communication and customer service protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
