Job Description

Blue Print Out is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Leadership Development Trainee program. This role is designed for candidates looking to fast-track their careers into management through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience. As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, team leadership, and project execution.

Responsibilities
