Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and PR team. The ideal candidate will help execute public relations strategies, manage media outreach, coordinate events, and assist with content creation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns to promote the company’s image and services.

• Draft press releases, media pitches, newsletters, and other communication materials.

• Support media relations by maintaining press lists, monitoring coverage, and tracking engagement.

• Coordinate logistics for press events, interviews, and public appearances.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media opportunities.

• Maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and file management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, or similar) is a plus.

• Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
