We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Account Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, communicate product value, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with client goals. Your ability to build trust and manage multiple priorities will be key to driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

  • Present product updates, conduct training, and guide clients through onboarding.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

  • Resolve client concerns and provide proactive customer support.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, product support, or client services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
