We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers

  • Present Captura Hall’s services in a compelling and professional manner

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

  • Track sales activities and report progress to the business development manager

  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to optimize outreach approaches

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
