Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and reports

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify issues or delays

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to align on goals and timelines

  • Maintain accurate records of all project documentation

  • Support budgeting and resource tracking efforts

  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
