We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Miami. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory

  • Organize and file documents (physical and digital)

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars

  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other clerical duties

  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
