Beloform is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing department in campaign development, market research, and promotional execution. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials

  • Manage and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases

  • Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports

  • Support event planning, trade shows, and other promotional activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
