Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between our clients and their audiences, handling inquiries, and supporting internal communications with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Handle client communications across various channels including phone, email, and live chat

• Deliver consistent messaging aligned with company standards
