We are seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our team and grow into a future leader at Nexmos Design. This program is designed to equip motivated individuals with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary to lead teams, manage projects, and drive business success. The role combines structured training with practical exposure across departments, ensuring you gain a strong foundation in leadership, design strategy, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured leadership training programs covering project management, client relations, and team coordination.

  • Support senior leaders in daily operations, strategy development, and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects and company initiatives.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and results.

  • Take on progressive leadership responsibilities, preparing for future supervisory or managerial roles.

  • Present reports and insights to management, showcasing progress and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field.
