Beloform is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering clear, consistent messaging that aligns with our brand identity. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between our company, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute content for press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.

  • Coordinate communication strategies to align with marketing and business objectives.

  • Maintain and update communication channels, including internal bulletins and stakeholder updates.

  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or similar role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with content management tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
