We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their client relationship skills, support account management initiatives, and contribute to the success of our clients and company. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
Monitor account performance and assist in resolving client issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Contribute to the development of strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account support (internships included).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
