We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering outstanding service. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and our creative team, driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

  • Understand client objectives and ensure their needs are met through tailored solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
