We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Houston. This role is key to driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting our strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and meetings to generate leads
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
Understand client needs and present tailored service solutions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business goals
Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM software
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
