We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to support our sales and event planning teams. This role is essential in managing client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and driving sales success. Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and provide customized solutions
Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales
Maintain and update event calendars, sales pipelines, and CRM systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event logistics are aligned with client expectations
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct post-event evaluations and maintain client relationships for repeat business
Assist in developing marketing materials and event presentations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or sales support
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during event periods
