Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Provide regular updates and reports to management

• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client accounts

• Assist in contract renewals and client retention strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer relations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
