We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to join our Atlanta-based team. The successful candidate will support the Service Account Manager in maintaining customer relationships, handling service orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and service requests

  • Coordinate service schedules, dispatch tasks, and follow-ups

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Generate and review reports for account performance and service metrics

  • Support the development of client proposals and service agreements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations

  • Track and follow up on billing or service discrepancies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service, administrative, or account support role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
