Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The Sales Assistant will support our sales department by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, communicative, and passionate about contributing to a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing client databases

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process

  • Prepare and process sales documentation, proposals, and presentations

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction

  • Track sales performance and compile regular reports for management

  • Support in planning and executing sales campaigns and events

  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
