We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships in a competitive field environment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the Cleveland area

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
