We are looking for a Communications Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communications efforts, manage correspondence, and assist with message development that aligns with our organizational voice and objectives. This role requires excellent writing, coordination, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive mindset to manage day-to-day communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and distribute internal communications, reports, and memos.

  • Collaborate with departments to align messaging and maintain consistency.

  • Coordinate press releases, statements, and company updates.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and corporate documents.

  • Support crisis communication strategies when needed.

  • Maintain communication records and track engagement metrics.

  • Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and tone.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or writing-based role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
