Blue Print Out is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Associate. In this role, you will assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that support professional growth and align with client goals. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for mentoring, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of leadership development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align training with business objectives.

  • Assist in the delivery of workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

  • Conduct assessments and gather feedback to measure program effectiveness.

  • Track participant progress and maintain detailed training records.

  • Provide coaching and support to emerging leaders.

  • Research and implement best practices in leadership development.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development programs and strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Passion for mentoring and fostering growth in others.
