We are looking for a Client Relationship Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and continued partnership with Beloform. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying client needs and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients

  • Understand client objectives and provide tailored support to meet their needs

  • Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client deliverables are met

  • Prepare reports on account status and present updates to management

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or related roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
