We are currently seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional growth and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will support and implement development initiatives that build leadership capabilities and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and delivery of leadership training programs

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify leadership development needs

  • Conduct research and benchmark best practices in leadership trends

  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance assessments

  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend enhancements

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of development activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, HR, or related areas

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus
