Sphirea Plus is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing effective and timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and support cases

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
