Sphirea Plus is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing effective and timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. We are looking for a motivated professional who is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of interactions and support cases
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field
1–3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
