The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving service issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the support process. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering a positive and solution-driven experience to every customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and support ticket system
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, accurate solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of open cases
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
Stay up to date with company products, services, and support policies
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
