Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Madison, WI. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met

• Monitor account activity and ensure service levels are maintained

• Collect and analyze feedback to improve overall client satisfaction

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
