Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Agent to join our growing team. This role involves developing and executing internal and external communication plans, supporting brand messaging, and ensuring alignment across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, a critical thinker, and a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit content for press releases, internal memos, and external announcements.

• Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging.

• Support the execution of communication strategies and campaigns.

• Assist in preparing briefing documents, reports, and presentation materials.

• Monitor media coverage and provide insight and analysis.

• Maintain and update internal documentation, brand messaging, and communication templates.

• Collaborate with leadership to align communication goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communication-related role preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
