Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing exceptional events, ensuring every element is aligned with client goals and company standards. You will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of a wide range of corporate and community events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion

• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and equipment

• Develop and manage event timelines and budgets

• Collaborate with clients, team members, and partners to ensure smooth event execution

• Handle on-site coordination, setup, and breakdown

• Track post-event metrics and compile reports for evaluation

• Manage permits, contracts, and compliance with local regulations

• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating events or related roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
