Job Description

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to guide, support, and motivate a dynamic group of professionals in achieving departmental goals and ensuring top-quality performance. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on mindset to help drive operational success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the team and ensure productivity targets are met.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

• Collaborate with management to set goals and execute department strategies.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and team output.

• Assist in onboarding and training new employees.

• Handle conflicts and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
