Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
