We are seeking a professional and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our Washington, DC office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. You will support the Client Services team with administrative tasks, project coordination, and ongoing communication with clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and service requests

  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed

  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations, reports, and service materials

  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients

  • Track and manage client feedback to improve service delivery

  • Support account managers in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in client services, administrative support, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
