We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our Orlando-based team. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving concerns, and supporting their ongoing engagement with our brand services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward relationship-building and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and efficiently

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and updates

  • Support onboarding of new clients and manage contract renewals

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client success

  • Prepare reports and updates for both clients and senior management

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
