Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive training across multiple departments
Support daily business operations and assist in process improvements
Collaborate with management to set and achieve departmental goals
Conduct market research and contribute to business strategy development
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest enhancements
Shadow senior managers and assist in decision-making processes
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation
