We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the coordination of sales activities, client support, and administrative operations. This position offers the opportunity to develop key skills in a professional and fast-paced business setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives with preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation

  • Maintain organized records of sales activity, follow-ups, and reporting

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and support event logistics when necessary

  • Track inventory and assist in product/order management

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations

  • Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting and market research

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
