We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for managing and supporting customer accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
Assist in account setup, order processing, and service coordination
Monitor account status and ensure contract compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Provide reports and feedback on customer trends and concerns
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
