SharpContra is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Boston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts

  • Conduct product presentations and deliver customized proposals

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in B2B or direct sales (minimum 2 years)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
