Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior roles

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Willingness to take initiative and accept constructive feedback

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Boston, MA
