Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured leadership training programs across departments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives

  • Shadow senior leaders and assist in managing day-to-day operations

  • Complete assignments and evaluations to measure progress and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior roles

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

  • Willingness to take initiative and accept constructive feedback

  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Boston, MA
