SharpContra is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in San Antonio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will support internal teams and help maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests

  • Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring documentation is complete

  • Monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding issues

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve service processes

  • Prepare and distribute client reports and summaries as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, account support, or administrative roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
