We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations. The ideal candidate will assist with account management tasks, ensure client satisfaction, and help maintain efficient communication and follow-ups. This role is essential to keeping our client relationships strong and our internal processes smooth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day client account management and communications

  • Support account executives in preparing service reports and performance summaries

  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and track client feedback

  • Update client records and maintain organized account files

  • Coordinate with service delivery teams to meet client expectations

  • Handle inquiries and escalate issues appropriately

  • Assist with billing, documentation, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in client service, administrative support, or account coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
