Reboot Staff is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving new business. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our staffing solutions, and converting prospects into loyal partners.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present company services and value propositions to potential partners
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
