Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Team Leader Trainee to join our team in Boston. This entry-level leadership position is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into a managerial role. As a Team Leader Trainee, you will be mentored by senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience in team management, client support, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day team operations and ensure productivity goals are met

• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members

• Help coordinate workflow and delegate tasks as needed

• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
