We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and strengthening long-term relationships. Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to assess needs, provide updates, and gather feedback

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored support

  • Track and report on client interactions, satisfaction, and account activity

  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align client expectations with company capabilities

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in client service, account management, or relationship-based roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
