We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our internal and external communications strategies. You'll collaborate with design and strategy teams to ensure that messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal newsletters, reports, and official communications

  • Assist with writing and proofreading project briefs, proposals, and presentation content

  • Coordinate internal communication efforts to keep staff informed and engaged

  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, presentations, and campaigns

  • Ensure brand voice and messaging guidelines are followed across all content

  • Work closely with designers and project leads to ensure alignment in communication materials

  • Monitor project timelines and assist with communication flow between departments

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, content coordination, or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
